Giving Away Forrst Invites!

UPDATE: I am currently going to release new Forrst invites, and invite codes on my official blog here. 

I’m Giving away invites to Forrst, the invite-only community of passionate developers and designers. I currently have 2 invites to giving away to 2 lucky designers, developers or artists.

First, I would like to get the ball rolling on my very first blog post of my new blog (the one your currently reading) and why not start with something exciting then a pair of give aways. Everyone loves gives aways (I sure do *smiley face*) and a gift that is really beneficial to help give exposure designers and developers.

What is Forrst?

Forrst is as i mentioned a community of passionate designers and developers. The main focus of Forrst is on helping designer, developers and others get better at their craft by providing thoughtful critiques, and sharing their knowledge to others. As a member you can share links to resources, links to insightful articles, snaps of in-process designs for thoughtful feedback, almost share any type of code imaginable (i.e PHP, Rails, HTML5, node.js) and if you run into trouble you can always ask questions and have them answered by the knowledgeable community.

Kyle Bragger is the founder of Forrst and this team has done a wonderful job growing this community. Forrst has grown to be a large community with more than 1.7 million unique visitors and 10.4 million page views since it’s lanuch. Now to the main event, the invites!

Now the guidelines for the winners of the 2 invites is simple and is mostly based on your work on your portfolio.

Guidelines:

To enter for a chance to win a invite to Forrst, all you have to do is a submit a link to your portfolio, Twitter profile link (if you have one) and a short paragraph providing a reason why you think you should win.

The winners of the 2 invites will be announced in 1 week (7 full days). I made the deadline a bit longer than my first intentions but I wanted to give time to everyone so they can get a chance to win and get an opportunity.

The winners will be picked based on their portfolio. I will announce the winners on Twitter  (You can follow me on Twitter here) and contact the winners via Twitter.
